An important supplier to food and beverage companies and pharmaceutical companies, it has greatly promoted the development of tea beverages and plant beverages in China and even around the world.

Damin Foods (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. purchased the 42A-325 (processing capacity of 7 cubic meters) ribbon mixer produced by Nantong Ross in 2006 for the mixing of tea powder. This time, technical improvements have been made to some details found in the course of many years of use. For example: the traditional main shaft flange connection is not conducive to cleaning, the tea powder is easy to stick to the wall of the mixing tank, and the sugar in the raw material is sensitive to temperature, etc. After on-site investigation and analysis, the Nantong Ross Technical Department has communicated with the production process personnel of Damin Foods for many times, and put forward targeted improvement measures: the spindle stirring adopts the newly designed sanitary thread form, which cannot be connected by flanges; Increase the oscillator on the wall; increase the cooling jacket and other forms. In the end, both parties decided to order a 42A-62.5 as a small batch production improved version for trial production operation.
