Overview
 
The rotary mixer is a mixer with high mixing quality, fast mixing speed and complete discharge. The mixer has two forms: one is experimental (MX series), mainly used for laboratory or small batch production (working volume from 7L to 450L); the other is production type (SLH series), mainly used for Mass production (working volume from 0.3m3 to 17m3). The mixer is mainly used for the mixing of solid-solid (powder and powder) and solid-liquid (powder and liquid). Applications include chemical, food, pharmaceutical, coal, metallurgy, ceramics, pigments, dyes, pesticides, explosives, etc. Applicable materials include food, oil coating of carbon black, coating of talc powder by spices, refractory materials, combustible and explosive materials, grinding materials, carbon, fertilizer, condiments, wood flour and clay, and chemical products.
 
 
Characteristics
 
● The mixing process is gentle and the mixing uniformity is high. The unique interior of the riser and discharge plate ensures a gentle mixing movement of the material in a short mixing time: drop, flip and overlap.
 
● The mixing speed is fast. The material can be evenly mixed within three minutes;
 
● Low energy consumption. The mixing cylinder is supported by a heavy-duty "trunnion roller" that is rotated by a drive. This design allows for quick and easy maintenance as well as the lowest possible horsepower drive.
 
● Discharged thoroughly. The inner lifting plate and the discharging plate are installed at a certain angle, and the unique discharging mechanism can ensure the discharging is clean;
 
● Good sealing. The completely enclosed design prevents dust, harmful gases and substances from entering. Special sealing design ensures complete sealing of the static and dynamic joints;
 
● Loading range. In the case where the filling factor is not more than 0.5, the same effective mixing can be achieved;
 
● Select. The user can choose a jacket or sprinkler according to the process requirements to heat, cool or spray an appropriate amount of liquid into the material.
