By means of a hybrid spiral blade mounted on the inner wall of the cylinder, a unique splitting and combining movement is provided to cause the material to be thrown back and forth in the cylinder during a short residence time, thereby producing backflow mixing of the material. This spiral blade ensures that the mixing motion of the mixer is very gentle and does not cause breakage of the material.
 
The cylinder can be adjusted from 0° to 12°. The user can adjust the angle according to the material characteristics and mixing uniformity requirements. At the same time, the frequency conversion device can be equipped according to the user's requirements to determine the product retention time and productivity.
 
The jacket and sprinkler can be added according to the user's requirements to heat, cool or spray an appropriate amount of liquid into the material. A specially designed discharge overflow plate is arranged at the end of the discharge, which causes the material to form a retention volume in the cylinder and flow out from the overflow plate. When the material needs to be completely discharged or completely cleaned, the cylinder can be reversed. The material is removed from the mixer.
