Overview
 
ME-400 series pipeline high shear mixing emulsifier is not vertical, but horizontal horizontal. This design expands the range of shaft seal options and completely separates the seal design from the inside of the motor. The low profile design allows it to be installed where vertical machines are not available.
 
Pipeline type high shear emulsifier (emulsifier pump) is often the best choice whenever the user requires reciprocating circulation of the material or installing on the pipe to crush, shear, homogenize and emulsify the material.
 
The narrow space of the pipeline type high shear emulsifier is equipped with 1-3 sets of tightly fitted stator/rotor. The rotor rotates at high speed under the driving of the motor, generating strong axial suction to suck the material into the cavity, in the shortest During the time, the material is dispersed, sheared, and emulsified, and the particle size distribution range is also significantly narrowed, thereby obtaining a fine long-term stable product.
 
The pipeline type high shear emulsifier looks like a pump. In actual use, it also acts as a pump. It has a certain lift and suction force. Sometimes the auxiliary pump is no longer needed in the process.

It is suitable for liquid-liquid, powder-liquid dispersion, mixing, emulsification, shearing and homogenization.
 
Can be connected directly to a pipe or container.

This type of machine can be used both in a tandem process for continuous operation and in a reciprocating process. This design ensures that all material entering the mixing vessel must pass through the precisely matched stator and rotor clearance before exiting. The suction capacity is large enough to pump up the material, and then the downstream pump does not require an auxiliary pump. The standard machine is made of 316 stainless steel and has a mechanical seal for operation at 100 psi. Special single or double mechanical seals are used for highly reactive processes.
