Overview
 
The ME-500 series of high shear mixing emulsifiers have special mechanical seals for vacuum, pressurization and hygienic operating conditions. Different seals are available for different requirements.

There are crusher stators, hybrid stators and emulsified stators to choose from to meet different process requirements.
 
The speed can also be adjusted by frequency conversion to increase or decrease the speed, but it should match the corresponding inverter.
 
According to the size of the user-supplied reactor, the working length of the high shear dispersing emulsifier can be lengthened or shortened.
 
Carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel and other materials are available.
 
 
Mixing principle

 

ME-500 series high shear mixing emulsifier

  

Step 1: The high speed moving rotor and the tightly fitting stator lift the material from the bottom of the mixing vessel to subject it to intense mixing and shearing.
 
Step 2: The rotor carries the material to the peripheral blades and is sprayed everywhere as the material passes through the stator head, subject to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear. At the same time, new materials are brought into the center of the rotor.
 
Step 3: The materials sprayed around the wall will bounce back and complete the form of circulating logistics. A plug-in circulating propeller can be mounted on the rotor shaft to increase circulation or eddy currents, producing light particles. The position of the propeller and rotor shaft can be adjusted.

Crushing stator

Ideal for general mixing processes and particle size reduction. The circular holes in the stator head allow the stator head to perform a circular motion better. This stator head is used for high viscosity maximum circulation.

Hybrid stator
 
The precision machined, vertical, rectangular caliber design provides maximum surface shear for the material, and the size is rapidly reduced as the media or particles pass through the mixing head. Extremely precise design and high shear force make it suitable for emulsifiers and other medium viscosity materials.
Emulsified stator
 
The precision screen and a fixed large diameter result in the highest shear forces. Emulsified stator head can solve difficult emulsification process and suspension emulsified stator of fine powder.

  

Other parts
 
Propeller blade—Two propeller blades mounted on the rotor shaft are used to increase the circulation, eddy current and flipping of the liquid material in the cylinder to promote homogenization, dispersion and emulsification of the material.
