Overview
The vertical mixers produced by Nantong Ross Mixing Equipment Co., Ltd. can be widely used in various simple dry mixing and more complicated vacuum drying processes in industrial production.
The triple mixing of the machine allows the user to achieve better mixing in a very short time. During the operation, the screw takes the animal material to spiral upward, and performs a circular motion around the groove wall, and the lifted material quickly slides down from the top to complete the mixing.
Vertical mixers are widely used in the industrial sectors of adhesives, chemicals, coatings, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals and plastics.
Mixing principle

| First, the mixing screw rotates about its own axis and continuously delivers new material with a lifting action. | Secondly, the mixing screw slowly moves circularly around the cone. | Finally, the material is taken from the screw and brought to the opposite side of the tank to complete the triple mixing. |
